01. Investment summary.

We've met, discussed initial ideas and come back with a few proposals. It's now time to start your journey with us. Don't worry, we will be here every step of the way guiding you and your journey of fitted interiors.

Notes: Stage Payment 1 is due before we can start revisions of designs or proceeding.

02. Design review

We've started working on your digitally fabricated designs from any comments you've made in our previous meeting. In the background we are getting custom samples produced for our next meeting. In this time you can expect us to send across design revisions in the form of mixed reality visuals. Point and shoot in your space to see our creations come to life!

Notes: We need to come back to site to take digital twin surveys of all the spaces we are working in before the next stage.

03. Manufacture Proposal

Time to sign off everything, we will have samples, technical drawings and XR models for you to interact with your bespoke furniture. Depending on the complexity of your project we will need to set aside a minimum of 2 hours to fully sign off. Any design changes that you have requested in previous iteration will be shown here. Once we receive sign off on manufacture intent it's 8-10 weeks until the delivery & installation of your bespoke project!

Notes: Stage Payment 2 is due before we can proceed with manufacturing.

04. Manufacturing

We are busy working behind the scenes manufacturing your furniture. Feel free to drop by the fabrication studio to see it in process! Notes: We will get in touch with you with your installation slot and will confirm 2 weeks before we are due onsite.

05. Installation

Once onsite our installation team will be quietly working away. You will receive an approximate duration when we confirm initial dates with you.

Every bespoke Frederick Hope kitchen, dressing room & interior joinery package comes, at no added effort to the homeowner, a calendar and contact for all future planned and potential maintenance needs. Keeping up with maintenance is crucial to retaining the aesthetic, value & functionality of all prefablab spaces.

Our projects come with a lifetime warranty on all workmanship as standard and 6, 12 & 24 month aftercare service.

Typical lead times vary between 8 & 12 weeks from production sign off depending on the complexity of the project.

All of our bespoke joinery is designed & technically detailed in-house by our director Toby and comes part of our bespoke joinery package. We do not issue drawings / digital copies of design work until we have received a deposit of works. ( Typically 20% of project fee )

Our clients are more than happy to show off & discuss their bespoke joinery that we have provided in their homes. We also have a selection of samples at our office that you are more than welcome to visit. Please note by appointment only.

Based in Leighton Buzzard gives us direct access to the M1 & M25 a stone throw away. We are happy to work across the UK ( and further afield ) for full house refits - Kitchen/ Dressing/ Media/ Study/ Cinema / Library & interior doors.
